Website credentials no longer working after update #2910

I rolled back to 2108. I kept the CefSharp plugin from the latest update instruction. I couldn't get the credentials to stick until I switched to WebView2, which seems to be working correctly at the moment. CefSharp refuses to remember, which seems like a bug. When things work properly, Lively is great, but when things go wrong, things can get tedious very quickly. The edit window needs to have more functionality. That the window is neither draggable nor resizable can become infuriating. Sometimes I want to increase the size of the view portal so I can see more of the webpage. If a webpage is doing something tricky with the scrollbars, a situation can sometimes be created where you can't get to the login fields. Lively needs to enforce an outer layer of scrolling for both horizontal and vertical directions. (I have a case where I'm at the bottom of the page and I cannot scroll up to login) |

I installed the latest update again and everything breaks. When using WebView2 in the Edit window, I can't get keyboard input to appear for the login. The webpage window reacts to the mouse and changes focus as expected. CefSharp won't even load the page and displays an orange-brown error message in Lively with no details. I guess I'll be sticking with 2108 |

State is now per monitor and layout(duplicate, span..), so has to be done when running as wallpaper ( not edit or preview.) I ran the beta for more than a month, not much can be done since I rarely get feedback from beta users.. so the only way to test all use cases is to release on stable. Just so you know the old version will break with the next windows update. |

After years of using this tool, I installed the latest update and now the website credentials are no longer working for me. I tried both WebView2 and CefSharp. Enabled the disk cache (it had been reset to "off"). Entered credentials using the "Edit" interface and successfully logged in. Watched the progress bar save the wallpaper. Opened the wallpaper and got the login screen instead of going directly to content.
Logging in through the preview window and through the live wallpaper work correctly but, of course, do not store the credentials
I closed the app and restarted but no luck
