localStorage doesn't work (screensaver) ?

I made an HTML page to load and play a sequence of videos from a folder. The page uses localStorage to remember which video was playing and at what time the video was so that when it is closed and opened again it resumes where it left off. It works fine if I run the page in the browser, but when I try to use it as a Lively screensaver it doesn't remember anything, it always starts on the first video when the screensaver starts.

Disk cache settings is only applied to wallpaper, screensaver and preview uses temporary storage.

I see. Would a cookie work? Or else I have to store the data on an external server or something?

I think it shouldn't be temporary for screensavers.

Not possible due to the way webview shares system resources and how Lively is pausing wallpapers.
