Apps not opening after upate and re-bootstrap

What happened

Updated from 1.4 to 2.0 beta 6, refreshed app registration in TS, opened boostrap, re-boostrapped and restarted.

Very few apps actually able to open. Trollstore, and roothide boostrap app also refusing to open.

Reverted back to 1.4.

I did refresh after installing the update, hit bootstrap which led to a restart.
