Documentation needed

We've got some basic documentation currently, but much more is needed. I'm using this issue to keep track of reference information for additional needed docs.

hi @rjseymour66, yes it has been a while, but it seems we are always in need of documentation help! That said, I think other parts of Roundware like the server (https://github.com/roundware/roundware-server) or the iOS framework (https://github.com/roundware/roundware-ios-framework-v2) might be more pressing than the Android framework because the latter is sadly in need of a major overhaul and I don't know that it's worth it to document something that will be deprecated relatively soon.
