Reporting time registration from the report: date is set wrong

Describe the bug
When i add a time registration from the report (when i as an admin need to add time registration on behalf of other people). The date is not set correctly. The date will be set to the current date, regardless of which date i choose in the date field in the modal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a detailed report
2. Click on 'Legg til tidsregistrering'
3. Choose a date in the past, and fill in rest of the form
4. See that the time registration is added for the current date, and not the date you selected

Expected behavior
The date should be the date you selected
