voxelization method

Hello, 
I have been trying to make the voxelization work using the provided code with partnet data. However it doesnt seem to be working. For one, the voxelization utility mentioned only seems to take off files while run_voxelize.sh is asking to have files in obj format. 
A little confused on what can be done as a workaround for this
