Not sure what I can do. At least I should reduce the default timeout to ~5 seconds and I'll likely update puppeteer version. Maybe it's something fixed in newer version?

I don't think a concrete reason was ever identified, or rather there were various workarounds likely due to different root causes. E.g. puppeteer/puppeteer#10556 (comment), puppeteer/puppeteer#10556 (comment).
