This issue is meant to keep track of PRs which will most likely effect the next sync.

• Record LocalDefId in HIR nodes instead of a side table rust-lang/rust#104170
• rustc_ast_lowering: Stop lowering imports into multiple items rust-lang/rust#104963 🎉
• Combine ty::Projection and ty::Opaque into ty::Alias rust-lang/rust#104986 Nice, but will take more adjustments then the others
