[Bug] Background processes still running even after force close of the app

Describe the bug
After the use of the app, when I stop the app from control panel's active apps list, the app reappears in my notification as still searching for devices to connect, which is kinda annoying as I don't want the app to run even after I forcefully closed it.

Note: I haven't allowed the background usage permission for the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Open the app.
2. Go to the phone's control panel.
3. At the bottom you can see the current active app list, tap on it and close the app.
4. After a few seconds, if you open the notification panel, you'll notice that a silent notification from the app appears as searching for devices.

Expected behaviour
I expect the app to be stop the background process after I stopped the process.

Additional context
Currently the version is 3.0.0, but the problem appears from last 2 - 3 version updates. It's my bad that I forgot to mention about this earlier.

I see, thanks for the feedback.

It is not supposed to re-start when the discovery is off but I think I might have forgot to add that condition. It is kept running in the background to allow to be discoverable on from the mac allowing to connect back anytime.

I will check this and fix the service auto activating in the background. I think the reason might be because how Android handles QS tiles. Android updates the QS tiles when the statusbar expands so if you got that tile, and if the app was force stopped, Android might re-start it as it's now considered essential. I will do some research on making it optional.
