PyV8 dependency fails

The last time I tried using wappalyzer-python it failed with the PyV8 dependency.

Pyv8 is a big problem . import error : ImportError: /XXX/XX/anaconda3/lib/python3.8/site-packages/_PyV8.so: undefined symbol: _PyThreadState_Current
