[FEATURE] Access NAM models as a parameter

I have wondered if it's technically possible to access the NAM model list inside the DAW?

I think it's useful for automating switching between the loaded models while having just 1 instance of the NAM plug-in open. It would also allow for convenient browsing of profiles utilizing the DAW's mechanisms.

Here's a screenshot of what I mean (I have the NAM plugin loaded in Ableton Live):

Currently when you open a NAM file, every other file in the same folder is also accessible via the drop-down menu or the arrows. It would be neat if the files also appeared in the parameters of the plug-in inside the DAW.

This isn't possible with the VST3 plugin API. Parameters have to be represented as numbers between 0 and 1. Strings don't really fit into that paradigm.

Fortunately, VST3 is now open-source, so one could add it to the plug-in interface. Unfortunately, you'd not only have to integrate it into your plug-in but also your host 😉

An easier approach that plug-ins usually take is to give you a fixed selection of models; you can then index them in a straightforward way. But that's out of scope for this repo.
