[Feature Request] add ability to create media removal requests

Description

For the moment it is possible for a user to request the addition of a media to sonarr/radarr but it is not possible to request the deletion of a media to sonarr/radarr.

When you are alone using your server, you can delete your media directly on jellyfin when you have viewed them, but when you are several, it becomes difficult to know if a user still wishes to keep a media.

Desired Behavior

Add a button to allow the user to make removal requests for an entire movie/season/show.

Add in the administration settings the possibility to define the "deletion threshold". i.e.: automatically ask radarr/sonarr to delete media when all users have requested deletion.

Add in the admin settings the ability to set admin approve/deny on these deletion requests.

I've been looking for solutions for this exact problem. I'll be happy to contribute by working on this feature.

Here is my idea for concept, but it needs refinement:

• User can request or "mark" media for deletion
  • Add additional user permissions for "Capability to mark media for deletion"
• When a media is marked for deletion, a notification is sent to users
• Users can postpone deletion to x date
  • On the date the media will automatically be marked for deletion and the same process continues.
  • Add additional user permissions for "Capability to postpone media deletion"
• Good to have : Have a section of "Going away soon" media, where users can postpone deletion

I'll admit I haven't looked into the source code for this project to know how much of this is feasible.

As a workaround, I currently use the "Report an issue" feature asking my users to set the issue type to "Other", but the automation suggested by bijai would be awesome. It would need a way to mark items as "not to remove" though, for stuff you want to keep (lost media for example).

This would be super nice. But please make sure the Auto Approve Request is distinct form auto-approving 'removal requests' !
