Why not opinionate / preset in 16 or 20 as DataLength for LevelColumn

Is there any reason to not opinionate in a lower value of the LevelColumn?
I see that it seeds the table as NVARCHAR(max) and that is not prefferable right?

            {
                StandardColumnIdentifier = StandardColumn.Level;
                DataType = SqlDbType.NVarChar;

Hi @uhillbom!

Thank you for pointing this out. Indeed this is a good idea in terms of indexing and performance. Given, that the log level names are constants, which are not dependent on configuration and OS environment, etc., this seems to be a safe thing to do.

I will add this in the next release.
