No repetition of sound file "Guten Morgen,Guten Tag,Guten Abend"available in "speech act I [one]"

There's no repetition of the sound file available in "speech act I" for examples "Guten Morgen, Guten Tag, Guten Abend".

Please implement a repeating sound file for examples "Guten Morgen, Guten Tag, Guten Abend" in "speech act I".

Unfortunately, we don't have a recording of that (see packages/assets/words/sounds/). This also affects other words.

The soundfile is already available in serlo-abc\src\assets\words\sounds it has only to be repeated once again

What I mean is: we don't have a long and short version of the sound file. This is also the reason why it is only played once (since the logic here is: play long and short sound if they exist respectively). If it's fine to just repeat the same word again, we can change that.
