Getting the error in the Installation

I am using Debian while running the silk. I am getting the following error

No sbt.version set in project/build.properties, base directory: /home/gautam/Desktop/Gautam_L3s/silk

[error] Not a valid project ID: workbench
[error] project workbench

Kindly help me to solve the issue.
