merge embed not loaded properly after closing discord completely

I'm a blind user, and I recently used this mod, but idk how exactly it works so... anyways, I've been experimenting this plugin for a bit, and there are some flaws I found while using it.

first of all, I'd like to express my gratitude for making this mod. it's really impressive!

flaws that I found:

1. I'm not sure if this is a reading between the mod or discord, but I'm guessing the mod since; after disabling the mod from the plugins menu, the preview seemed to not reappear. even after re-enabling it.

2. using the theory of terminating a session; I found out that even if I left the mod enabled, while closing my discord session and re-open a new one, the merge preview also did not reappear.

3. I even gave it some time watching the chat window, nothing happened.

By re-opening a new discord session, it presents the chunks of its segments in the chat. and I was wondering if you can re-emerge the files it self from your pc using a third party app? as in, downloading the segments each one and re-emerge it outside of discord. well, idk, I'm no genius in these things. but please take a look into these problems I've mentioned. much love to this project, it really helps a ton!

Thanks for the detailed report, and for explaining the accessibility impact. This is fixed in the refreshed v0.2.4 release:

The compatibility plugin now:

• restores merged cards after Discord is fully closed and reopened;
• restores them after FileSplitter is disabled and re-enabled;
• rescans only the currently selected channel;
• detects visible chunk messages through MessageAccessoriesAPI; and
• fully clears its runtime state when stopped, so re-enabling starts cleanly.

I tested the restart and disable/re-enable lifecycle with a two-part fixture: one merged card appeared, the extra chunk was hidden, and cleanup/re-enable completed without console errors. I also downloaded the exact CI-built Windows release asset, used it to reinstall the patch, restarted Discord, and confirmed the patch marker was present.

For an existing Equicord compatibility installation, download the new FileSplitterPatcher.exe and run:

.\FileSplitterPatcher.exe --restore
.\FileSplitterPatcher.exe --install --restart-client

For installed Vencord:

.\FileSplitterPatcher.exe --restore-vencord
.\FileSplitterPatcher.exe --install-vencord --restart-client

You can also reconstruct a file without the plugin. Download every part and concatenate them in numerical order. For example, in Windows Command Prompt:

copy /b "archive.zip.part001"+"archive.zip.part002" "archive.zip"

On macOS or Linux:

cat archive.zip.part001 archive.zip.part002 > archive.zip

Add every additional part in order. The output filename and extension should match the original file. I am leaving this issue open for your confirmation; please report whether the refreshed build restores the preview with your screen reader setup.
