Example from README doesn't work: "Parameters aren't specified" (setTdlibParameters)

I'm using code from README. Only additions are using Bundler and printing config params. On execution, I see the following errors in logs:

 Receive request 1: setTdlibParameters {
  parameters = null
}
Sending error for request 1: error { code = 400 message = "Parameters aren't specified" }

tdlib version is 1.8.0 is installed from Arch Linux AUR: telegram-tdlib. In PKGBUILD there is a following line: source=("https://github.com/tdlib/td/archive/v$pkgver.tar.gz") which is basically referring the fact that source code is downloaded from https://github.com/tdlib/td/archive/v1.8.0.tar.gz.

Hi there! Since you're using 1.8.0 i guess you need to use this gem version before this comment 3457ca7.
This is where the issue is described https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74548809/api-id-error-on-x64-telegram-tdlib-not-x86.
I had a hard time using this gem, so maybe my experience would be helpful a bit (it's about prev version of this gem, exactly what you need)

@tilvin thanks! But unfortunately, I still cannot run example from readme.

I've tried two things:

1. Downgrade tdlib-ruby version to commit prior to 3457ca7: e4708c1
2. Upgrade tdlib to latest commit

In both cases, I've got the error: Uncaught exception in handler TD::UpdateHandler (TD::Types::Update::AuthorizationState): uninitialized constant TD::Types::TdlibParameters

Aha, i see. So the constant TD::Types::TdlibParameters which is missing was removed from tdlib-schima in this comment

If you have an option to use latest tdlib - it's perfect. And try to use lated version of gem 'tdlib-schema',
instead of tdlib-schema, ~> 1.7.0 mentioned in README.

I've found the solution. With the latest tdlib you have to have the latest gems from git:

Now minimal example almost works. It asks for phone number and after authorization it writes a lot in the output. Below is the list of errors and warning sorted and uniqued (number in front of every line is the number of occurrences):
