Hi, I'm Masahiko Sakakibara (@rdlabo). I maintain open-source tools that help teams accept payments, monetize apps, authenticate users, connect hardware, and ship polished Ionic applications across iOS, Android, and the Web.

Projects developers rely on

I maintain several Capacitor Community plugins:

  • Stripe — PaymentSheet, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Identity, and Terminal integrations
  • AdMob — Google Mobile Ads for Capacitor applications
  • Facebook Login — native authentication and App Events

I also maintain Capacitor plugins for Brother printers, code scanning, printing, and screenshot events.

For Ionic teams, I build iOS 26 and Material Design 3 themes, a reusable Angular component library, and icon build tooling.

What sponsorship funds

These projects sit between production apps and fast-moving platform dependencies. Sponsorship gives me predictable time to:

  • ship compatibility updates for new Capacitor, Ionic, Android, iOS, and vendor SDK releases;
  • reproduce and fix bugs, review contributions, and triage issues;
  • test releases across Android, iOS, and the Web;
  • maintain clear documentation and examples; and
  • invest in release automation and long-term project health.

This maintenance is often invisible when it works—but it is what keeps an upgrade from becoming an emergency.

Sponsor as an individual or a company

Individual sponsorships help keep independent OSS available to everyone. If you'd like to support ongoing maintenance, choose any comfortable amount starting at $5 a month. Individual tiers do not include exclusive features or priority support.

If your company depends on these packages, sponsorship helps sustain the maintainer capacity behind a production dependency and reduce the risk of platform and SDK upgrades. Corporate sponsorship provides priority triage, while the Silver and Gold tiers also include public recognition.
