As a follow-up to issue #396 it would be nice if while the video is being streamed to the GCS, pictures and video could also be recorded to the SD card.
It's fairly common that users fly the vehicle remotely using the live video but then also want to take a picture of what they see. Also when they return home they want to be able to download the video from the flight and upload to YouTube (or whatever).
Ideally the user should be able to specify the video stream quality separately from the picture and recorded video quality because the bandwidth constraints of the streamed video are much stricter than the constrains on saving to the SD card
