Dive computer cannot be deleted

Root cause: deleting a dive computer cleared its references from dive profiles and data sources, but not the dives.computer_id link (the "primary computer" of a dive). With foreign-key enforcement on, any computer that a dive references then fails to delete with exactly the SqliteException(787) from your debug output. Fixed in PR #909: deletion now detaches the computer from its dives (the dives themselves are untouched) and the delete goes through.

Update on the delete semantics in PR #909: deletion no longer just detaches. Before removing the computer, every dive that references it gets a provenance snapshot (model + serial) in its data sources if it doesn't already have one — so the record of which computer produced the dive stays visible after deletion. And if the same physical computer (matched by model + serial) is added again, its dives, data sources, and profiles are automatically re-linked to the new entry.
