Deprecate `@sveltejs/amp`

AMP websites haven't contributed to Google search ranking for a while now and our package itself is hardly used. AMP itself has also seem to become more of a framework than a standard. We ought to:

• delete the amp package code
• deprecate @sveltejs/amp on npm https://www.npmjs.com/package/@sveltejs/amp
