how to insert images inside the markdown

Currently, you need to write raw Markdown to insert images, since editor components for the Markdown widget (image, code-block and custom components) are not yet supported in Sveltia CMS as mentioned in README. I’ll work on it next month. 🙂

This was added to fix #156. It's been implemented now. You can add images in the editor, clicking from uploaded assets or uploading your own without typing markdown.

The wait is over! v0.48.0 added the support for the image editor component.

hmm it's not working for me. I click on add image and nothing happens :(

Looking at the screenshot you provided this is not an addition of an image to markdown. Because the markdown image addition in the editor looks like this. I've highlighted the icon in blue.

Looking at your config the 'add images' option seems to be in your list widget where you have a list of images. I am not sure what the issue is in that particular case. Perhaps you can create a different discussion since it's not related to the markdown editor or maybe @kyoshino can help you out.

@mike-dataduality I have confirmed and fixed the List widget issue in v0.112.3. Please file a new issue next time you find a bug.
