Test: Worktree auto-session feature

This is a test issue to verify the /work-on-issue command creates a worktree and session automatically.

Test Steps

1. Run /work-on-issue with this issue URL
2. Verify worktree is created at .worktrees/test-worktree-auto-session-feature-XXX
3. Verify new session opens automatically (if plugin loaded)
4. Verify agent has full issue context

Expected

• Worktree created: 100% success rate
• Session auto-created: ~80% in Desktop, 100% in serve mode
• Agent started with context: title, URL, branch info
