plugins.swc.rs seems pretty out of date

It looks like its missing a bunch of recent versions

It's mainly because no recent version has a breaking change

Donny/강동윤 (@kdy1) The runtimes dropdown is missing lots of releases, even some major releases. For example the most recent @swc/core version is 1.15.5 and it doesn't have rspack 2.x yet. I guess its good news that there are no breaking changes, but its confusing that I can't check any current versions
