Support Page Reorganization (#1339)

* Reorganizes the page to be more Pop and System76 hardware prominent with an attempt to make it easier to find things with some title and description updates, and specified 22.04 vs 24.04 in some places, removed the sections in the two boxes at the top so they are even and contain the most important information like tech docs and opening a support ticket.

* lint errors and reworded sections for Hardware and Software and the top card title

* Tech docs card tweaks
