Add baseline modules that are missing

Now that Rootbeer has been proven to work (my dotfiles), all the missing "common" high level modules need to be implemented. As someone who doesn't use the respective tools myself, it'll be hard to test, but I'm sure we can easily get others to test things for me.

Shells

• zsh
• bash
• fish
• nushell

Developer Tools

• Git
• SSH
• GPG
• Neovim (even though it's already configured in lua, maybe a high level thing built on vim.pack?)
• Tmux
• Zellij
• Starship
• Mise (possibly even ASDF)
• VSCode (and all forks like Cursor)
• AWS CLI
• Kubernetes CLI
• Docker (This might be a can of worms)

Package Managers

• Homebrew (macOS Only)
• APT
• DNF
• Pacman
• Nix? (Probably just more of an integration rather than manage Nix)
• Cargo/Npm/PNPM (Language-specific packagers, their settings, etc)

System/Platform

• macOS Configurations
• Linux configurations (counterpart to the existing macOS one)
• Systemd Daemons
• Launchd Daemons
• XDG configurations
• Fonts

Anything that's currently marked as complete is still very much in it's initial stages, there's obviously more to do for them and some of the base modules will continue standardizing and adding new features which will make extending existing modules easier, more intuitive, more consistent, etc.
