Better educate the player about inn/forest/cave locations

New players usually have issues finding those. Maybe some signs could help here?

I think the quest log should come with location markers, so that you can select what quest you'd like to do and an arrow could point you in the right direction.

It's a balance between providing a challenge and informing the player, but that kind of stuff is simply expected nowadays.
