Use an actual TAP parser

The current TAP parser seems to be hand-rolled and does not handle some cases (missing protocol etc).

Is using a tap parser an option? There is tap-parser, which implements TAPv14.

If yes, I am willing to contribute this change.

This would also solve #33.
