The extension should indicate when a website adopts the EFF's DNT standard (and what that means).

It requires that the website put some verbatim legal text committing to a policy that does not track their users in a standard .well-known location.

In theory I do like this idea.
There are two ways to implement this,

1. Do a client side check
2. Maintain a database of services that commit to EFFs DnT policy.

1. Doing this adds a significant fingerprinting vector. Right now I don't think websites can detect that our extension is installed. So this would have a big impact.
2. A lot of effort and if the EFF isn't doing it themselves I doubt there is actually a point in doing so. Probably the easiest option would be to create a bot that automatically creates and declines points on phoenix.

I also doubt that the adoption of this policy is very common.

I was worried about fingerprinting as well. I like the idea of crawling for them.
