Option to download from every Operating system

What problem would this solve?

I run Linux on my system and can simulate Windows applications, but I don't have the option to download Windows files.

What would you like Atlas to do?

Add a button to the settings so that every file can be downloaded, even if it isn't compatible with the operating system.

@CuddleBear92 changes has been made. The change looks straight forward so it should work. Still need guinea pig volunteer to test it out!
