Add LC member tier support for browsing included titles

What problem would this solve?

Right now Atlas doesn't show any plus titles even though the user have sufficient ranks on LC website.

What would you like Atlas to do?

Allow Plus member to able to browse the locked plus title in database.
Validate through LC website login check.
