Fiters/Ratings incorrect

What happened

In Browse/Fiters/Ratings, the rating goes up to 5 while our game rating goes up to 10.
Currently when we filter from 0 to 4.5/5 we actually filter for games from 0 to 4.5/10
But when we filter 5/5 we actually filter for 10/10.

P.S. The ratings filters in Library are totally broken. Shouldn't the Library and Brows filters be exactly the same?

Steps to reproduce

Click Browe
Click Filters
Click Ratings
Compare 4.5/5 and 5/5 it will give you 4.5/10 and 10/10

Well I don't have this issue anymore I was either drunk or not on the latest version. My bad.
The ratings filters in Library are still broken but that was not the main issue I was describing.
