"Paste settings from clipboard" is not reflected in Signal Message window

Describe the bug
"Paste settings from clipboard" is not reflected in the Signal Message window in a Hook.
If you paste new modified settings from clipboard, the Signal Message window remains unchanged.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Signals'
2. Select a Hook
3. Copy settings to the clipboard
4. Modify the copied settings in an external text editor (e.g. Notepad)
5. Copy modified settings from the text editor to clipboard
6. Paste settings from clipboard to your Hook
7. Changed settings are not reflected in the Signal Message window

Expected behavior
Settings pasted from the clipboard should be visible in the Signal Message window.
