Non support for non avx512 cpu flags

Describe the bug

We use Camaro on Azure Kubernetes cluster.
Some new Azure VM have no "avx512" support flag on the CPU.
The Camaro library seems to not support this kind of CPU and failed.

CPU signature = Camaro KO

Minimal Script To Reproduce

Try to use Camaro on Azure VM which has no avx512 cpu flags.

Expected behavior

A crash. The compiled library is not compiled for this kind of CPU.

maybe i will have to sign up for azure and test there to see what the differences are
