Suggestion - Replace 16,807 with 48,271 as the authors later suggested

According to wikipedia, the original a value in 1988 was 16,807 (which is what you have now), but in 1993, responding to some criticism, the authors suggested changing the value of a to be 48,271. I don't understand why that's the case, but I would suggest you use the updated value too.
