Bug description
When a user renames an existing Opportunity stage in the workspace data model, the stage sometimes stops appearing as a group option in the Opportunities view.
Opportunities that were in the renamed stage become effectively invisible in the board/list grouped by stage, even though the stage still exists in the data model.
The bug is intermittent: some renames persist and propagate correctly, while others cause the stage to disappear from the groups configuration, creating trust and data‑integrity issues during onboarding.
How to reproduce
Go to Settings → Workspace → Data models → Opportunities → Stage.
Create or identify an existing first-stage value (e.g. “Customer”) that is already used by at least one Opportunity.
Rename this stage to another label (e.g. “Client”) and click Save.
Navigate back to the Opportunities page and set the view to be grouped by Stage.
Observe that in some cases the renamed stage is missing from the list of groups, and any opportunities that were in that stage are no longer visible in the grouped view, even though the stage still appears in the data model.
