Resize of scrap not preserved after file save / load

1. Write some text by drawing.
2. Wrap it in a text scrap. Lets call this guy Scrap A.
3. Resize it to be very large.
4. Copy it.
5. Make the new copy. Lets call this Scrap B.
6. Resize Scrap B to be tiny.
7. Move Scrap B on top of Scrap A.
8. Move it around; observe some quirky behavior.
9. Copy Scrap B and place copy on Scrap A. Lets call the new one Scrap C.
10. Open a new page.
11. Open the original page.
12. Observe Scrap A is back to its original shape...

It seems to be definitely related to shrink wrap. It works fine for regular scrapping.

Also take a close look at number 8 in the steps above.

Investigating issue now. "Almost" is still buggy.
Steps:

1. write hello
2. rect it
3. resize scrap to be very small
4. copy twice
5. open menu, press new (to go to new canvas)
6. press open
7. observe graphic in open menu is correct. tap on original canvas
8. observe hello-1 and hello-2 no longer have scraps, but hello-3 does.
9. curse explicative of your choice

This bug is tough to crack! It seems like it's a problem with move, in that resize and rotate and working and the scraps still exist, but all scraps are stacked on top of one another. I'm wondering if a move isn't being "committed"?

Also, bug only occurs with rect. The bug is not reproduced if using regular scrap.

In debugger, the toJSON() call sets outerBorder to have the same points for all scraps (within my limited test)
