Stuttered horizontal scrolling

Found while try to repro 1566

Current behavior

There’s noticeable, seizure like, stutter and desynchronization between the Hero image and accompanying text during scroll of the Onboarding screen when swipping from a trackpad. The text also does not snap to proper location on screen. Does not happens when using the UI buttons. Video attached.

Bug does not happen using UI buttons

This is most probably related to unoplatform/uno#20620 We will have to re-validate once the PR from Andrès has been merged

Issue is still present even after the fix on the scrollviewer on PR unoplatform/uno#20620
