[HR][Gaps][Navigation] Updating Region.Attached TabBarItems blanks the content

1. Launch Chefs
2. Go To Home Page
3. Go Back to IDE
4. Update any Content of any of the TabBarItems
5. Save, trigger HR
6. Notice Blank screen above TabBar
