Slug or Parameter to Pre-select a Request Type

For example, I have a type named "Feature Request", I can give the end-user a link such as "https://support.mywebsite.com/request/feature-request" or "https://support.mywebsite.com/request?type=featurerequest".

I think it would be better if we can allow users to be redirected to specific ticket types using a slug or link so we can pre-select the the type when they click a link that redirects to uvdesk from a website.
