Can't generate tickets #835

Running UVDESK Version v1.1.3; Core Version v1.1.4.

Over the last 56 days, ticket generation just stopped. No code changes or anything. Email account password (GMAIL) has not been changed.

Using an app password yields the same result. What could have changed?

Logs show : # Retrieving mailbox configuration details for [email protected]:

  • Establishing connection with mailbox
    10:05:04 WARNING [php] Warning: imap_open(): Couldn't open stream smtp.gmail.com:993 ["exception" => ErrorException { …}]

Environment: Nginx, MYSQL on cloud server by webhost.
