Reflect method and constructor parameters

Something like

Mirror.on(constructor).parameters()

Returning a Parameter class with name and type.

Java prior 8.0 there is no way to get method or constructor parameter names. In Java 8 a java.lang.reflect.Parameter class was added to get parameter names for Executables.

Paranamer can get parameter names using debug information, and all code must compiled with -g option.

So what you think about this issue? We can add more one dependency to allow code compatible with Java 5/6/7 using Paranamer, and if the Java version is 8 or more using native code. But we need to use Java 8 in Mirror to allow this.

The idea was to use paranamer (if possible, shadowing it's classes as we do with objenesis). And if it's possible to do this with Java8, maybe it's time to create a Java8 ReflectionProvider and use it when we detect we are running under java 8.
