Tests relying on case-insensitive handling of URIs

The following MS tests rely on case-insensitive handling of URIs:

• schZ012_a
• schZ012_b
• schZ012_c

The test results depend on

• whether the Processor compares URIs case-insensitively or not
• whether the filesystem is case-insensitive

I'd suggest to mark the expected results as indeterminate.

As mentioned in the cited bug 4137, the WG decided to mark schZ012_a as "indeterminate", and it has a status of "queried". My test driver takes that as an indication to exclude this test. I don't feel a need to go any further than that.

The other two tests schZ012_b and schZ012_c aren't so marked. schZ012_b has a note in the description (by me, MHK) saying that Saxon passes the test for spurious reasons. The same can be said for schZ012_c.

With the passage of time, I think we should probably be a bit bolder in our handling of questionable tests. The original idea was that they would be marked as "questioned" and the originator would then update them. That clearly isn't going to happen, so I think the best course of action is to delete the tests.
