All submitted reports will be handled with strict discretion and evaluated with the utmost seriousness. Upon receipt of a report, the following structural protocols will be enforced:
- Acknowledgment: A representative from Webstackbuilders will acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours.
- Review Process: Our response team will review the incident log contextually, gather necessary background factors, and contact you securely if any clarifying questions arise.
- Conflict of Interest Safeguards: If a member of the response or operations team is named or involved in the report, they will be immediately recused from all review proceedings, triage tasks, and decision-making actions regarding that case.
