Add analysis of the temporal dimension of indicators

The alternatives and their indicators can vary over time. In this case, it is interesting to analyze the time evolution of the indicators per alternative (time series analysis).

• evaluate and implement the possibility of indicators' time series analysis.
• manage the case where this is not possible (i.e. static indicators).
• add a chart to depict indicators' behavior in time.
