Bazzite support

At the moment, Muon handles dependencies in such a way that it is only compatible with SteamOS (and possibly other Arch-based distributions). With Bazzite being Fedora-based, the dependency resolution process in Muon will not work on Bazzite.

What needs adding:

• Inclusion of external binaries for hostapd/dnsmasq for Fedora.
• OS detection - if running Bazzite, use the Fedora packages. If not, use the Arch ones.

Is a fix coming? Been loving Muon but the lack of Bazzite support makes it hard to use and recommend.

Bazzite support is something I have been experimenting with. I have added some ground work in the form of OS detection - the plugin now knows if it's running in an Arch-based or Fedora-based distro, and eventually this will help with making sure the correct commands are run for dependencies. I got to a stage where the plugin would load, but attempting to start the actual hotspot connection would cause the entire Steam Deck to lock up. The code in the branch should be considered incredibly broken with no expectation that it will work at this stage.

To set expectations, it may be a long time until this plugin has Bazzite support. We want to make sure that the plugin is refined and the best it can be before we introduce a second distro into the mix.
