Getwork via HTTP / RPC support?

Hi,

Would it be possible to connect to a backend node via Getwork over HTTP/RPC rather than a websocket?

Use case is to enable stratum based miners to mine to a coin that implements XelisHashV2 as the POW but serves it up via a classic GetWork RPC.

Can you explain what is the problem?

I have a rig on HiveOS (running local node and solo mining XELIS) and Windows PC (Ryzen 7700 + RTX 3070) in same network with SRBMiner. When I try to connect to my node through network, I get "Pool unexpetedly closed the connection"... Ping from Windows PC to mining rig with node is ok. What I have to do to connect to my node?

Can XELIS-PROXY helps me or its can't?

What I did for now:

1. dowloaded XELIS-PROXY to my rig (HiveOS with local node), unpacked it to /XELIS-PROXY
2. configured SOLO.SH : "./xelis-proxy --url 127.0.0.1:8080 --wallet xel:....."
3. configured CONFIG.JSON :
