Relax "must not use path versioning" rule #845
Description
In one of our internal discussions, we came to the conclusion that there is no clear benefit of the MUST use media type versioning rule, compared to path versioning.
The hypermedia reasoning doesn't hold that much anymore, as we don't recommend that either.
