Problem

When creating a new model the Model Parent dropdown options are empty even if there are valid parent options. This issue only happens to certain instances like the zesty marketing instance, all other instances I tested were fine.

The missing options only happen when creating a new model, when adding a model parent to already created/existing models the dropdown options are present.
