run_comebin.sh: can't open file 'main.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

I just wanted to bring my issue on the mmlong2 repos to your attention because it involves COMEbin. It is easy enough to fix run_comebin.sh and I hoped you might consider it for a new version.
